White Mausu Condiments


White Mausu took the Irish food scene by storm when they introduced their cult Peanut Rayu. They have now added two further products to the range - Cashew Crunch and Black Bean Rayu.

Peanut Rayu is packed full of peanuts, sesame and chilli. This devastatingly delicious condiment fuses Japanese, Chinese and Korean flavours. Put on your veggies, in a stir fry or with avocado and eggs.

Cashew Crunch is sweet and salty from the maple syrup and miso. It is very moorish. Add to sandwiches, salads or rice dishes.

Black Bean Rayu is devilishly salt and definitely spice forward with fermented Chinese black beans. Splash it into soups, noodles and stews.
